Requirements of CNC Programmer / Machinist:

• 1 + Years of Job Shop CNC Machining or 3 Axis Mill experience required
• Able to pass a federal background check required
• Able to Program, Set Up, & Machine Parts from Print to Finish required
• Experience with Haas Machines, Lathe & 5 Axis Mills is a plus

Responsibilities of CNC Programmer / Machinist:

• This role involves programming from scratch, setting up, and operating Haas CNC mills to produce precision parts from start to finish in a job-shop environment
• The shop manufactures firearms and firearm components
• Utilize shop math skills including calculating proper feed and speed for materials, metric conversions
• Interpreting Blueprints and Geometric tolerances
• Holding tolerances and meeting surface finish requirements
