bēon at Genesis is looking for an energetic, welcoming Part time Front Desk Associate to help create a positive experience for our patients and members. From check-in to check-out, you’ll be a friendly point of contact—answering questions, assisting with memberships, and helping patients enjoy our wellness offerings.

Our ideal candidate is kind, patient, upbeat, and willing to lend a hand. Previous experience in a medical, wellness, or aesthetics setting is preferred, but training will be provided.

Responsibilities
●      Open and close the office.
●      Answer phone calls and assist with patient inquiries.
●      Check patients and members in and out.
●      Communicate with other providers to facilitate referrals
●      Provide information about services, products, memberships, and pricing.
●      Assist patients with membership enrollment.
●      Guide patients through required consent forms and ensure completion.
●      Assist with wellness modalities, including cryotherapy, leg compression, oxygen, and the contour pod, following training and established procedures.
●      Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.


Qualifications
●      High school education required.
●      1–2 years of front desk experience required.
●      Experience in the medical, wellness, or aesthetics field preferred.
●      Friendly, professional communication and customer service skills.
●      Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
●      A dependable, team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn.

●      Part-time (approx 20 hours per week)
●      Location: bēon at Genesis in Mandeville, LA
●      Training provided
●      Pay range $11-$14/hr
