Front Desk Agent

Join Sanctuary Hotel as a Front Desk Agent in our vibrant New York, NY location. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience from check-in to check-out. You will play a key part in maintaining the hotel’s welcoming atmosphere and helping guests with their needs throughout their stay.

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a professional and friendly demeanor.
• Manage guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently using the hotel’s reservation system.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries, both in person and over the phone.
• Handle guest requests and resolve any issues or complaints to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Maintain updated knowledge of hotel services, facilities, and local attractions to provide accurate information to guests.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to fulfill guest needs.
• Process payments and maintain accurate records of all transactions.
• Ensure compliance with all hotel policies and procedures.

• Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
• Proficiency with computer systems and reservation software.

Compensation $23-$24 per hour
