Patriot Heating and A/C, a growing residential HVAC & Plumbing provider in Johnson County, KS, is seeking an experienced and motivated HVAC Maintenance Technician to join our team. Your Role:

• Perform routine preventive maintenance on residential heating and air conditioning systems.
• Inspect, clean, and maintain HVAC equipment to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Identify potential issues, troubleshoot system concerns, and recommend necessary repairs.
• Check system components, electrical connections, refrigerant levels, filters, and overall equipment operation.
• Help reduce equipment breakdowns and improve system efficiency through thorough maintenance practices.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance performed, equipment conditions, and recommended repairs.
• Follow company procedures, safety guidelines, and industry standards.
• Work collaboratively with the team to maintain high standards of workmanship and customer satisfaction.

What We're Looking For:

• HVAC experience, with 3–5+ years preferred.
• Knowledge of residential heating and air conditioning systems, maintenance procedures, and troubleshooting.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify equipment issues before they become major problems.
• A dependable, self-motivated work ethic and a commitment to quality workmanship.
• Good communication, organization, and teamwork skills.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• EPA 608 certification preferred.
• Experience with ServiceTitan or similar software preferred.
