ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2011 and currently lead a team of four. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked as a high school football and baseball coach, which gave me a strong foundation in leadership, teamwork, and helping others reach their potential. I attended Troy and Auburn, and I'm a proud husband and father of six. Family and sports are a huge part of my life, and I love staying involved in my kids' athletic activities.

I'm passionate about giving back to our community, especially through youth sports. I stay actively involved by coaching Little League and other youth teams, and I also participate in the local Mardi Gras Association. Supporting young athletes and staying connected to our community are important to me.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Jason Young - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
• Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
• Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
• Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
• Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.

QUALIFICATIONS: 

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
