Role Snapshot

• Employment Type: Hourly, Full Time
• Location: Hotform, 7034 IL Rt 84, Savanna, IL 61074
• Reporting To: Production Supervisor
• Sign-On: $3,000 sign-on bonus

Choose Your Schedule

• Weekdays | Monday – Friday | 5:00am – 3:30pm
• Weeknights | Monday – Friday | 3:30pm – 2:00am
• Weekend Days | Friday – Sunday | 6:00am – 6:00pm
• Weekend Nights | Friday – Sunday | 6:00pm – 6:00am

Compensation

• $20 – $22.00/hour for Mon – Fri shifts
• $20.40 – $24.90/hour for Fri – Sun shifts
• Night shift premium: +$4.00/hour

What You’ll Do

• Set up tooling and execute changeovers on horizontal forging machines
• Run production and monitor part quality against specifications
• Perform basic troubleshooting and make safe, necessary adjustments
• Use an overhead crane to load raw material into the machine
• Interpret blueprints; verify with micrometers, calipers, and gauges
• Complete all production and quality documentation accurately
• Keep your station 5S-compliant: clean, orderly, and ready
• Follow safety, environmental, and quality procedures rigorously
• Support additional tasks as needed
