🔧 WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

As a Welder, you'll work in a hands-on production environment manufacturing large industrial components.

Your responsibilities will include:

• MIG production welding using fixtures and weld stations
• Reading and interpreting blueprints and weld symbols
• Setting up and adjusting your own welding machine
• Welding heavy-gauge steel materials
• Inspecting completed welds to ensure quality and production standards
• Grinding and finishing completed weldments
• Producing heavy-duty components used in mining, oil & gas, and generator systems
• Maintaining quality, accuracy, and productivity throughout your shift
• Working safely in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

🎯 WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We're looking for individuals with:

MIG welding experience

Ability to set up your own welder

Blueprint reading experience

Understanding of weld quality standards

Manufacturing or production experience

Strong work ethic and attention to detail

EVEN BETTER IF YOU HAVE:

• Fixture welding experience
• Layout welding experience
• AWS welding knowledge
• Heavy-gauge material experience

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $30.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
