Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Mechanic to ensure the maintenance and reliability of our manufacturing facility. This full-time position, available on the day shift, involves working with a variety of fabrication equipment, CNC machines, and industrial machinery, along with handling general building and facility maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on industrial manufacturing equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair a variety of fabrication and CNC machinery.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment issues.
• Complete preventative maintenance and routine equipment inspections.
• Respond to equipment breakdowns to minimize production downtime.
• Perform general building and facility maintenance, including basic repairs and upkeep.
• Identify maintenance issues and determine whether repairs can be completed internally or require outside support.
• Communicate and coordinate with third-party vendors and contractors for specialized repairs, inspections, and facility services.
• Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and maintenance projects.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Document completed maintenance and repairs as needed.

This is a Permanent position based out of Aitkin, MN.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
