2nd shift: 2:30pm 1:00am M-TH (Mandatory

OT Friday right now) - $19/hr

Job Description

This role supports the end-to-end production of food on a 1st

or 2nd shift schedule, working four 10-hour days from, Monday

through Thursday with mandatory OT on Friday. You will rotate through multiple

positions on the production line, from preparing ingredients to assembling and

packaging finished products, while maintaining high standards of food safety,

quality, and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of tasks on the food production line, including patting down ingredients, grating cheese, and preparing other ingredients.
• Assemble food by adding the correct ingredients in the proper order and quantities according to production specifications.
• Rotate through all production positions to learn and support each stage of the food manufacturing process.
• Inspect products at each stage of production to verify quality, consistency, and adherence to food safety standards.
• Operate basic production and packaging equipment and use hand tools safely and correctly as needed.
• Follow established food handling, food safety, and sanitation procedures at all times.
• Package finished products accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper labeling and presentation.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-structured work area throughout the shift.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals and maintain smooth workflow.
• Follow all company policies, including safety rules and guidelines related to working in a food manufacturing environment.

• Reliable and show up every day.
• Good communication, attitude, work ethic.
• Trainable, listen, coachable, etc.
• Ability to stand and move around the entire shift.
• Learn different positions in the food manufacturing process. 

Work Environment

Work in a well-lit and organized facility, equipped with necessary tools and machinery. Adhere to safety protocols by wearing a hairnet, gown, and gloves

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Milaca, MN.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
