If you have experience in manufacturing, construction, carpentry, electrical work, mechanical assembly, or other hands-on trades, we want to hear from you!

What You'll Do

Use hand and power tools to assemble products

Read blueprints, work instructions, and tape measures

Perform mechanical assembly according to specifications

Work with a team to build high-quality products

Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area

We're Looking For

Manufacturing, construction, assembly, carpentry, electrical, or skilled trades experience

Mechanical aptitude and ability to work with tools

Ability to read a tape measure and follow blueprints

Strong work ethic and reliable attendance

Good hand dexterity and attention to detail

U.S. Citizenship required

Schedule

🕓 Monday - Friday

🌙 4:30 PM - 2:00 AM

Minimum 48 hours per week

Typically shorter shifts on Fridays

Work Environment

This is a prefabrication manufacturing facility. The environment is not climate-controlled, so employees should be comfortable working in varying temperatures throughout the year. Heat is provided during colder months.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Ruther Glen, VA.

The pay range for this position is $21.50 - $21.50/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
