Home Health Aide Needed - Now Hiring

Looking for a proactive PCA to assist my spouse who is in his 60s and has muscular dystrophy. He has limited strength & energy; walks with a rollator. He has a pleasant personality, makes a genuine effort to complete his daily tasks, & enjoys film and media. Looking for someone who can: Provide encouragement & motivation to help with daily routines. Assist with medications, meals, dressing and basic household tasks. Supports independence while providing assistance. Ideal PCA is patient, compassionate, dependable, and a self-starter. Must be a non-smoker and be up to date on vaccinations. There are two cats in the home. Paid through the Virginia Medicaid Waiver program (17. 95 per hour).
