Babysitter Needed

I am looking for part time help to pick up 3 kids after school and care for them until I get off work. Generally 3:15 to 5:30-6:00 p.m. , Monday to Friday. Every other week they're with their mom so this nanny job is on alternating weeks. The kids will need occasional rides to baseball practice or other events. The two oldest require little nannying but need an adult to know where they are and who they are with (they go to friends houses a lot). The 7-year-old needs a buddy to hang out with, play games, ride bikes, etc. Light housekeeping to keep things picked up and clean is needed. Consistency is a priority.
