Nanny Needed For My Children - Now Hiring

Hi there! I am looking for someone to be at my home by 3:15 , Monday-Friday, for the months of December, January and February. My child's van brings him home roughly 3:30. I am a teacher, and I get home from work around 4:00 - give or take a few minutes if there is traffic. Therefore, I need someone for one hour daily from approximately 3:15-4:15. My child is 4 and 1/2 years old, autistic but verbal, and very very sweet. :)
