Job Overview

We are seeking a physically fit and hardworking Heavy Lifter / Loading and Unloading Associate to join a food manufacturing facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for loading and unloading materials, handling heavy products, and supporting daily warehouse and production operations. This position requires working in a cold temperature environment and performing physically demanding tasks throughout the shift.

Key Responsibilities

• Load and unload products, materials, and shipments safely and efficiently.
• Lift, carry, and move heavy items as required.
• Assist with the movement and organization of products within the facility.
• Follow proper handling procedures for food products and materials.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all workplace health and safety guidelines.
• Work effectively in a cold temperature environment.
• Assist with other general labour duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Ability to perform heavy lifting and repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Comfortable working in a cold temperature environment.
• Physically fit, reliable, and punctual.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
• Previous experience in loading, unloading, warehousing, or general labour is an asset.
• Must be committed to maintaining workplace safety and cleanliness.
