Job Title: Recruiter

Location: St. Louis, MO

Duration: 6 Month Contract

Hours: Monday-Friday, standard business hours. Occasional flexibility may be required to support alternate shifts, hiring events, or recruiting activities.

Pay Rate: $35/hour

Position Summary:

• We are seeking an experienced Temporary Recruiter to support high-volume hourly recruiting efforts for a growing manufacturing organization.
• This role will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating candidates for production, warehouse, skilled trades, and other hourly positions across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for hourly positions.
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and local community resources.
• Conduct phone screens and initial candidate assessments.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and local HR.
• Maintain candidate activity and records within the applicant tracking system.
• Attend hiring events, job fairs, and recruiting outreach activities as needed.
• Partner with HR and operations leaders to support staffing goals and hiring timelines.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in manufacturing, industrial, distribution, or high-volume environments.
• Minimum education level of HS Diploma/GED
• Experience recruiting hourly and production employees.
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office applications.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Manufacturing or skilled trades recruiting experience.
• Experience supporting large-scale hiring initiatives or facility expansions
