Job Title: Senior Accountant

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant with a strong background in public accounting, tax preparation, financial reporting, and client management.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare individual, corporate, partnership, trust, and estate tax returns.
• Handle audit, review, and compilation engagements in accordance with GAAP.
• Provide tax planning and accounting advisory services.
• Manage client relationships and multiple engagements.
• Research tax regulations and ensure compliance.
• Mentor and support junior accountants.

Qualifications

• Public accounting experience (required).
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
• CPA license preferred.
• Strong knowledge of tax laws, GAAP, and financial reporting.
• Experience with UltraTax, CCH Engagement, QuickBooks, and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Must be able to commute to Shelton, CT.
