Forklift Operator & Shipping Clerk

Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Production Packer / Warehouse Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for boxing, labeling, strapping, inspecting, and preparing products for shipment while supporting inventory and warehouse operations. Forklift certification is required.

Job Responsibilities

• Box, pack, label, and strap products on a conveyor line.
• Load reels onto the conveyor line for processing.
• Scan shop travelers and print product labels.
• Match materials with shop travelers to verify quantities and part numbers.
• Operate wrapping and strapping machines.
• Perform visual inspections to ensure products are correct and free of damage.
• Process materials for inventory and stock them in designated locations.
• Handle, move, and palletize materials for shipment.
• Deliver processed materials to UPS/FedEx, LTL, or warehouse areas according to shipping instructions.
• Operate a forklift safely and efficiently.
• Print product samples and assist with sample inventory activities.
• Follow written procedures and maintain an organized work area.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Valid forklift certification/license required.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to scan, print, and process labels.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow written instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to changing production needs.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to lift and transport materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and climb stairs.
