Construction Site Superintendent

We are seeking a reliable, hardworking, and deadline-driven Construction Site Superintendent to oversee daily job site operations and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. The ideal candidate has hands-on construction experience, strong leadership skills, and the ability to coordinate crews and subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site activities and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field crews.
• Monitor project schedules, productivity, and work quality to meet deadlines.
• Enforce safety regulations and ensure compliance with building codes.
• Conduct site inspections and maintain construction schedules, reports, and photos.
• Coordinate with architects, inspectors, and project managers.
• Perform hands-on field tasks and operate construction tools and equipment as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and secure job site.
• Identify problems and implement practical solutions to keep projects on track.
• Travel between job sites as required.

Requirements and Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous construction industry experience required.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of construction safety regulations and building codes.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work under pressure.
• Comfortable working outdoors, lifting heavy materials, and performing physical tasks.
• Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment.
