Inside Sales Administrator

Looking for an Inside Sales Rep who will be responsible for managing customer accounts, generating quotes, and providing product knowledge and support. This position plays a key role in maintaining customer relationships, supporting outside sales, and ensuring timely and accurate sales transactions.

Job Duties:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone or email regarding products, pricing, availability, and specifications.
• Prepare and process sales quotes accurately and efficiently.
• Provide knowledge and guidance on product options, finishes, and customizations.
• Collaborate with outside sales reps, estimators, and project managers to meet customer needs.
• Track orders and communicate lead times, delivery status, or any delays to customers.
• Resolve customer concerns and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and quotations

Ideal Candidate will have:

• 2-3+ years of inside sales experience, preferably in building materials or millwork
• Preferred knowledge of construction related products
• Strong customer service and communication skills
