Warehouse Associate / Shipping and Receiving

Location: Westminster

Pay Rate: $24-25/hr

Summary

We are seeking a dependable and safety-conscious Warehouse Associate / Shipping and Receiving to support manufacturing operations. This role involves material handling, inventory movement, shipping and receiving to ensure efficient workflow across the facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Load, unload, and transport materials and products
• Receive incoming shipments, verify contents, and update inventory records.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for delivery or internal use.
• Move raw materials and finished goods between production, storage, and shipping areas.
• Maintain accurate documentation for inventory transactions and material movements.
• Ensure warehouse areas are clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
• Assist with cycle counts, stock rotation, and inventory audits.
• Support other warehouse and production tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 2+ years of warehouse experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Ability to read work orders, follow instructions, and perform basic data entry.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods.
