Job Title: Retail Merchandiser
Location: Winnemucca, NV, and surrounding retail locations
Contract Duration: 3–4 weeks, with the possibility of extension
Schedule: Tuesday–Saturday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
Overtime: May be required based on business needs

Travel: Daily travel between multiple retail stores using a personal vehicle
Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Retail Merchandiser to support retail stores in the Winnemucca area. The selected candidate will be responsible for stocking shelves and coolers with beverage products, maintaining product displays, updating pricing and promotional materials, and ensuring products are presented according to merchandising standards.
This position requires daily travel between multiple retail locations, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently while maintaining positive relationships with retail customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Stock shelves, displays, coolers, and other designated areas with beverage products.
- Build, maintain, and update product displays according to merchandising guidelines.
- Ensure products are properly arranged, visible, and adequately stocked.
- Update product pricing and promotional offers as required.
- Install promotional point-of-sale materials and signage.
- Monitor product presentation and display conditions across assigned retail locations.
- Maintain positive working relationships with store personnel and retail customers.
- Travel between multiple stores within the assigned territory to complete merchandising tasks.
- Follow applicable federal, state, and local regulations related to beverage and alcohol products.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Daily Store Visit Expectations
- Tuesday: 5 stores
- Wednesday: 4 stores
- Thursday: 4 stores
- Friday: 5 stores
- Saturday: 6 stores
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least one year of relevant work experience.
- Reliable personal vehicle for travel between retail locations.
- Valid driver's license and ability to maintain auto liability insurance as required by state law.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage daily assignments across multiple locations.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to follow merchandising instructions and maintain product presentation standards.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail merchandising, product stocking, inventory support, or display setup.
- Familiarity with retail pricing, promotional displays, and point-of-sale materials.
- Knowledge of applicable regulations governing alcoholic beverage products.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to walk, stand, bend, reach, and stoop frequently throughout the workday.
- Ability to occasionally lift, carry, push, or pull items weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to perform routine merchandising and stocking activities in retail environments.
