Construction Superintendent

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead crews on civil construction projects, including sewer and watermain installations, water/wastewater facilities, roads, small bridges, and earthwork.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise field crews, subcontractors, vendors, and daily construction activities.
• Ensure project safety, quality, and compliance with OSHA requirements.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and deadlines.
• Read and interpret construction plans, drawings, and specifications.
• Coordinate with clients, engineers, inspectors, and subcontractors.
• Monitor project progress and maintain accurate construction documentation.
• Oversee surveying, grading, excavation, and underground utility work.

Qualifications:

• Civil construction experience.
• Strong knowledge of construction safety and OSHA regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
• Experience with surveying equipment, lasers, and underground utilities.
