Location: Onsite - You pick your office!

Pay: $20/hr | Type: Temp to Hire | Schedule: Mon-Fri 8AM-5PM

We're looking for 2 Career Advisors / Case Managers / Career Coaches to join our workforce development team. You'll be a career coach, recruiter, counselor, and cheerleader all in one - helping job seekers in Midland & Odessa find their dream career!
What You'll Do:
- Coach & Counsel: Do career assessments, figure out interests, skills, and career goals
- Recruit & Guide: Help with resumes, mock interviews, job search strategies, and career planning
- Advise: Share labor market info - what jobs are hot, what they pay, what skills are needed
- Connect: Refer to training, apprenticeships, ITA funds, financial aid, scholarships
- Case Manage: Manage your caseload, track progress, enter case notes, keep files compliant
- Recruit: Partner with our Business Solutions team to match job seekers to real jobs

✅ What You Need:
- High School / GED Required - Associate / Bachelor Preferred
- Previous experience in workforce development, recruitment, coaching, counseling, career services, or case management STRONGLY PREFERRED
- People person! Can work with diverse customers, handle tough situations with empathy
- Good with computers - Word, Excel, WorkInTexas, case notes
- Valid DL + Insurance + Good Driving Record
- Bilingual English/Spanish Strongly Preferred - Big Plus!
- Must work onsite in Odessa OR Midland
