Life Insurance Sales Agent, No Experience Needed, Training Provided

We're the number one team in the number one agency in the nation, and we're adding agents in the San Antonio area. We work with union members and working families who have already requested information about their benefits. You are not buying leads, you are not knocking on strangers' doors, and you are not selling to your family. We train you on exactly what to say and do. Who does well here: People with a competitive streak and a strong work ethic. Former athletes, servers, retail, warehouse, anyone who is used to being measured on performance. What matters most is attitude and coachability. If you can take feedback without getting defensive and apply it the same day, you will do well here. Experience is not required. We will teach you the skill, you bring the effort. Who should not apply: If you need a guaranteed hourly wage or a salary to feel secure, this is not the job, and that's fine. This is 100% commission. Nobody is going to manage your calendar for you either. If you need someone standing over you to work, you'll wash out in two weeks and we'll both have wasted our time. The money, honestly: This role is performance based, so nobody can promise you a number. What I can tell you is that a lot of people in this position make $100K in their first 12 months, and it compounds after that because renewals stack. The people who don't make it aren't less talented, they just don't do the daily activity. What you get: Full training from people who actually produce.
