Manufacturing Machine Operator (Cleanroom) | Details and Compensation:

• Location: Columbus, NE 68601 – 100% on-site
• Payrate: $20.00/hr
• Required Availability: Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM, with flexibility to work overtime on weekends as needed

Manufacturing Machine Operator (Cleanroom) | Summary and Highlights:

The Manufacturing Machine Operator supports production by operating equipment and performing routine processing, inspection, and packaging activities while maintaining product quality and productivity. This role monitors machine functions, completes basic process tests, documents inspection results, and helps maintain a clean and compliant work area. The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-minded, and comfortable working in a team-based cleanroom manufacturing environment.

• This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs
• Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment and include health, optical, dental, life, and short-term disability insurance
• A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

Manufacturing Machine Operator (Cleanroom) | Responsibilities:

• Operate production equipment and perform routine process functions to meet quality and production targets
• Visually inspect product, package finished goods, and support material movement as assigned
• Monitor machine performance, identify out-of-control conditions, and respond to/reset alarms as needed
• Perform final inspections and basic process tests; record inspection/test data accurately
• Clean and sanitize machines and the immediate work area; help stock needed supplies
• Support reprocessing work as assigned and stay focused on completing production tasks
• Communicate effectively with team members and contribute to continuous process improvement
• Work in a cleanroom environment while following safety and quality procedures

Manufacturing Machine Operator (Cleanroom) | Requirements:

• Education: High School Diploma or GED (verifiable)
• Attendance: Commitment to mandatory attendance during the first 90 days.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
• Manufacturing or assembly line experience required
• Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment and following standard operating procedures
• Safety shoes required (steel-toe or composite-toe)
