Assembly Lead

IMMEDIATE job opportunity for a driven individual who has a proven track record of performance and desire to work for a well-established organization. We are looking for an experienced Assembly Lead for a full-service logistics provider, specializing in warehousing, fulfillment, kitting, assembly, and supply chain solutions for businesses located in San Leandro, CA. 

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of lead or supervisory experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to lead a team while meeting production goals and maintaining quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities:

·         Lead team members in assembling customer kits and processing orders according to specifications.

·         Use basic hand tools to assist with kitting, packing, and order fulfillment.

·         Inspect assembled products to ensure accuracy and quality.

·         Coordinate workflow and support the team in meeting daily production goals.

·         Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

·         Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines.

Requirements:

·         Minimum 2 years of lead or supervisory experience preferred.

·         Bilingual in English and Spanish required.

·         Strong communication, teamwork, and leadership skills.

·         Comfortable using basic hand tools, rolling ladders, and step ladders.

·         Good attention to detail, manual dexterity, and hand-eye coordination.

·         Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Compensation: $20hr  Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
