Job Description:
As a Ready Mix Driver at HRM Concrete, you will be responsible for delivering concrete to various job sites, ensuring timely and safe delivery while providing excellent customer service. This position requires a high level of attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and effective communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a ready mix truck to deliver concrete products to construction sites.
- Follow all safety regulations and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle.
- Load and unload concrete, ensuring accurate delivery according to customer specifications.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers to coordinate deliveries.
- Maintain a clean and operational vehicle, reporting any maintenance needs.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with a clean driving record.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience driving a ready mix truck.
- Must be at least 24 years old and meet company MVR standards: no major violations (such as DUI, reckless driving, or driving with a suspended license), no more than one accident, and no more than two minor moving violations in the last 3 years.
- Knowledge of local roads and traffic laws.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to lift 50lbs or more to move materials as needed.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends as needed.

- 40 hours of paid vacation per year (80 hours after 2 years) and 24 hours of paid sick time, available after 60 days.
- Ten paid holidays after 60 days: New Year’s Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, the day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Eve.
- Required PPE and company shirts, a Day 1 boot voucher, and Cintas uniforms after 30 days, under company policy.
- Guaranteed 40 hours for full-time drivers under company policy, including rain or slow weeks. Separate approved terms apply to Mobile Division assignments.
