Job Title: Production/ Production Operator (Entry-Level - Microscope Training Provided)

Location: Sugar Land, TX

Temp to Hire role

NOTE: MUST BE COMFORTABLE WEARING PPE (SUITE, GLOVES, GLASSES, MASK, HAIRNET)

Shifts Available:

• Shift A: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Monday to Wednesday, Sunday alternate)
• Shift B: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Thursday to Saturday, Sunday alternate)
• Training: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
• Overtime Pay for work on Weekends
• Pay Range: $14.50/Hr - $16.50/Hr

Job Description:

• We are hiring Entry-Level Production Operators in Sugar Land, TX.
• This role requires patience, steady hands, and attention to detail while working with very small parts in a cleanroom environment using microscopes and precision tools.
• This role is perfect for candidates from any background (retail, reception, customer service, front desk, etc.) who are dependable, detail‐oriented, and eager to learn.
• No prior experience? No problem! Training is provided, you’ll gain valuable technical skills working in a clean, climate‐controlled environment.
• Candidates with strong mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

What You’ll Do:

• Learn to operate production equipment and follow step‐by‐step procedures.
• Use microscopes, tweezers, and precision tools (training provided).
• Handle small, delicate components with care.
• Enter basic data into the company system.
• Maintain cleanroom standards and follow safety rules.
• Cross‐train in multiple production processes.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Steady hands and good eyesight (microscope training included).
• Basic computer skills for simple data entry.
• Dependable, coachable, and eager to learn.
• Comfortable with standing for extended periods.
