We place our own team members on-site to log, track, and deliver every guest and group package, so guests get their things and the resort team can focus on guests. Skiers, golfers, wedding parties, events, and families ship gear and gifts ahead of their stay, and our team makes sure it all arrives in the right room at the right time. We're hiring a Package Associate for the Park Hyatt Beaver Creek Resort & Spa in Beaver Creek, Colorado.

Responsibilities

• Run the resort's package room from start to finish
• Receive, log, and deliver incoming guest and group packages, including skis, snowboards, golf clubs, and luggage
• Create outbound shipments and print labels
• Post package fees to guest folios and handle daily billing
• Help resort guests and event groups with their packages
• Represent TripHero to resort staff, guests, and group planners

Requirements

• Able to lift 50+ lbs
• Outstanding customer service skills
• Outgoing, with strong verbal and written communication
• Excellent organization and time management
• Basic computer and smartphone skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and in winter weather
• Able to work weekends and holidays as scheduled

Preferred

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1 year of resort, hotel, front desk, bell, or shipping/receiving experience
• Supervising experience

Job type: Full-time, in person, seasonal November - April

Start date: On or before Nov 10

Pay: $24-$26 / hour

Schedule: Mon–Sat, 12pm–6pm
