Hiring: Concrete Workers – Walls & Flatwork

Pay: $20–$35 per hour, depending on experience

Joint Construction is looking for dependable, hardworking Concrete Workers to join our team in the Janesville area. We are looking for individuals with at least one year of hands-on concrete experience in either concrete walls or flatwork.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with concrete wall and flatwork projects.
• Set up and prepare forms for concrete placement.
• Pour, spread, level, and finish concrete.
• Assist with stripping forms and job site cleanup.
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely.
• Follow job site safety procedures.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of concrete experience in walls or flatwork.
• Must be a current Wisconsin resident.
• Basic knowledge of concrete tools and equipment.
• Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to perform physical labor and lift materials.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
