Carpet Cleaning Technician (Seasonal Holiday Position)

As a Carpet Cleaning Technician, you will clean carpets, rugs, and upholstery in residential homes using professional equipment and proven methods. This is a hands-on, physically active role that requires attention to detail, efficiency, and professionalism. This is a temporary, full-time seasonal position with increased hours available during the Fall/Winter Holiday Season.

Technicians arrive at each job site, complete a walkthrough with the customer, set up equipment, and perform services according to company standards. Duties include moving light furniture, applying cleaning solutions, operating equipment, and ensuring all work is completed thoroughly and safely.

You will interact directly with customers, so clear communication and professionalism are required at all times. This is a fast-paced, team-based role that requires staying productive and focused throughout the day.

Compensation includes hourly pay plus tips, bonuses, and commission based on performance.

The position involves standing, bending, lifting equipment, and working on your feet for extended periods. Reliability, strong work ethic, and the ability to follow directions and learn quickly are essential for success in this role.

Required qualifications:

• Legally authorized to work in the United States

Preferred qualifications:

• 16 years or older
• At least high school diploma or equivalent or higher
• Valid driver's license
• Retail skills: customer service
• Able to stand for duration of shift
• Willing to travel locally
• 1+ year of experience in the cleaning & maintenance services industry
