Apartment Property Manager

  Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Communicate with tenants/lease applicants
• Communicate with owners/landlords
• Address walk-ins
• Process payments (holding fee, rents, deposits etc.)
• Market available properties
• Process tenant applications, send approval/rejection letters
• Oversee leasing process (move-ins, interim inspections, move-outs)
• Oversee move-out process (take pictures, complete checklists, prepare work orders) (as needed)
• Oversee lease renewal process
• Create legal notices for tenants 
• Other responsibilities as assigned

 Skills and Qualifications:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to interact with a variety of customers to resolve their concerns.
• Well versed in Microsoft office products, i.e., Word, Excel etc. Ability to learn and work with a variety of association related software systems.
• Must be self-directed.
• High level of organizational and time management skills.
• Higher than typical knowledge of computer and software.
• Works well under pressure.

Compensation details: 24-25 Hourly Wage
