Shipping Associate/Warehouse Worker - Pay up to $21/hr - IN.

Location: Avon, IN

Pay: $21/hr

Shift: 1st shift - 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM, Monday to FridayResponsibilities

• Accurately store products within the warehouse
• Prepare and process customer orders for shipment
• Label and meter packages using various freight systems
• Process orders using the Abbott ERP system
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment
• Assist with daily shipping preparations
• Support quality, environmental, and regulatory compliance standards
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Previous warehouse experience preferred
• Experience in shipping and order fulfillment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Reliable attendance and work ethic

Preferred Qualifications

• Shipping and receiving experience
• ERP system experience
• Material handling and warehouse operations experience

Dress Code

• Closed-toe shoes required at all times
• Long pants required (shorts are not permitted)
• Shirts must be professional and non-offensive
• No hats, tank tops, or cutoff shirts
• Hooded sweatshirts are permitted, but hoods must remain down
• No sunglasses on the warehouse floor

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
