Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Job Overview

A leading aerospace manufacturing and power systems facility in Sarasota is seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Data Entry Clerk to support warehouse operations and inventory management. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, maintaining accurate records, assisting with customer returns, and ensuring smooth communication between warehouse, inventory, and customer service functions.

The Warehouse Data Entry Clerk will play a critical role in maintaining inventory accuracy, processing warehouse transactions, and providing professional support to customers regarding returns and product inquiries. This position supports a facility that specializes in aerospace electrical and power system products.

Responsibilities

• Perform accurate and timely data entry of warehouse transactions, inventory movements, receipts, and shipments.
• Maintain inventory records within company systems and databases.
• Process return merchandise authorizations (RMAs) and customer return documentation.
• Communicate with customers regarding return requests, shipment status, and order-related inquiries.
• Review and verify shipping, receiving, and inventory documents for accuracy.
• Assist with inventory audits, cycle counts, and reconciliation activities.
• Coordinate with warehouse, production, and supply chain teams to resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Generate reports and maintain organized electronic and physical records.
• Support shipping and receiving operations as needed.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, quality standards, and documentation requirements.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in data entry, warehouse administration, inventory control, customer service, or logistics preferred.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and data management systems.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Professional communication skills with the ability to interact with customers and internal teams.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with ERP or inventory management software is a plus.
