Human Resources Coordinator

Our client is looking for an HR professional in Beaverton to be a go-to resource for team members. You'll lead new hire orientation, manage leaves of absence, and answer benefits and payroll questions. You'll also advise management on policy and compliance. If you like a role with variety and a lot of employee interaction, this is a good fit.

What You'll Do

• Conduct new hire orientation and coordinate onboarding with cross-functional partners
• Stay current on state and federal requirements and Company policy, and advise management
• Serve as a resource for benefits, payroll, and other HR areas
• Oversee leaves of absence for corporate team members, including state paid leave
• Prepare reports for management as requested
• Participate in special projects and other duties as assigned

What You'll Need

• 1+ years of HR experience
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including comfort presenting complex information to groups
• Ability to prioritize competing demands with strong attention to detail

Nice to Have

• Experience with ADP Workforce Now

This is a Contract position based out of Beaverton, OR.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $26.00/hr.
