Product Packaging

Our client, Manufacturing and Logistics is seeking a Packer I (US) to join their team. As a Packer I (US), you will be part of the Packaging Operations department supporting the Production and Shipping teams. The ideal candidate will have clear verbal communication skills, a strong team player mindset, and basic problem-solving ability, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Swannanoa, NC

Pay Range: $17

Shift: 2nd

What's the Job?

• Measure, weigh, and count products and materials accurately.
• Record product, packaging, and order information on specified forms and records.
• Load materials and products into package processing equipment.
• Assemble, line, and pad cartons, crates, and containers using hand tools.
• Clean containers, materials, supplies, or work areas using cleaning solutions and hand tools.

What's Needed?

• Verbal communication skills and the ability to work effectively as a team player.
• Basic problem-solving skills to support smooth packing operations.
• Basic knowledge of relevant equipment, policies, and procedures.
• Ability to lift heavy objects as required by the role.
• High school diploma or GED typically required; 0-2 years experience required.
