What You'll Be Doing

Support the operation of a vacuum atomization furnace used in advanced manufacturing processes.

Clean, inspect, monitor, and maintain furnace equipment to ensure safe and efficient production.

Prepare and transport raw materials for production runs.

Operate furnace controls and monitor equipment performance.

Perform basic repairs and maintenance on furnaces, crucibles, chambers, and auxiliary equipment.

Use electric hoists to safely remove and replace furnace components.

Conduct quality inspections and verify products meet production standards.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and environmental health guidelines.

Assist with various production and operational tasks to support department goals.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in manufacturing, production, machine operation, general labor, or industrial settings.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable performing physically active work throughout the shift.
• Ability to work at heights of up to 60 feet.
• Comfortable wearing respirators and other required PPE.
• Reliable transportation.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Willingness to work overtime when needed.

Bonus Points For

• Machine operator experience.
• Furnace, foundry, or metal manufacturing experience.
• Industrial maintenance or mechanical repair experience.
• Quality inspection experience.
• Experience operating hoists or material handling equipment.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr.
