Marco's Pizza is hiring Shift Managers for our Charlotte location at 10020 Monroe Road!

We're looking for dependable, motivated individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and can lead a team while delivering great customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Lead daily restaurant operations during assigned shifts
• Supervise and support team members
• Prepare pizzas and ensure food quality standards
• Manage order accuracy and service times
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness and food safety standards
• Handle cash, register operations, and shift closing procedures
• Help train and develop new employees

Qualifications:

• Restaurant or food service experience preferred
• Previous leadership experience is a plus, but not required
• Dependable, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
