- Valid Class A CDL
- At least 22 years old
- At least 1 year of tractor-trailer experience within the last 3 years
- At least 6 months of flatbed experience
- Safe driving record/MVR
- Ability to pass a DOT physical and drug screen
- No drug- or alcohol-related traffic offenses within the last 3 years
- Not currently on probation, parole, or another community supervision program
- No more than 2 motor vehicle accidents within the past 3 years, regardless of fault
