Journeyman Plumber - Commercial

Job Title: Journeyman Plumber - Commercial
Location: Washington, DC

Duration: 4 to 6 month project

Monday - Friday (potential overtime)
Prevailing Wage Project

Job Summary:
We are seeking experienced commercial plumbers to install plumbing systems with a focus on quality, productivity, and teamwork. This role reports to the Foreman or Superintendent on site.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of commercial plumbing experience
• High School Diploma or GED (trade school preferred)
• Valid driver’s license
• OSHA certification preferred
• Certifications preferred
• Ability to lift 75lbs, work on ladders/lifts, and in indoor/outdoor conditions

Responsibilities:

• Install and maintain commercial plumbing systems
• Read and follow blueprints and specifications
• Work with copper, PVC, cast iron, and gas piping
• Perform pipe installation, fixture installation, and system testing
• Operate hand and power tools safely
• Maintain a clean and safe job site
