Job overview:

• Oversee daily manufacturing operations, including production, machinery, processing, and packaging, ensuring safety, quality, efficiency, and production goals are met.
• Lead and develop department managers and team members through hiring, coaching, performance management, training, and succession planning.
• Drive continuous improvement by monitoring production metrics, managing costs and forecasts, improving processes, and ensuring compliance with company policies and customer requirements
