RNs and LPNs needed in La Crosse

RNs and LPNs are needed to provide skilled nursing care in a skilled nursing facility in La Crosse, Wisconsin. The nurses will support older adults and adults with complex conditions across day, evening, night, and rotating shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and monitor vital signs and clinical condition.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Administer medications safely and accurately.
• Perform clinical monitoring for older adults and adults with complex conditions.
• Provide wound care.

Preferred Qualifications

• At least one year of nursing practice.
• Associate Degree in Nursing.
• Wisconsin Registered Nurse license or Wisconsin Licensed Practical Nurse license.
• CPR certification.
• Experience with patient assessment, medication administration, electronic health records, clinical documentation, vital signs monitoring, and care planning.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and clinical judgment skills.
