Job Title: Manufacturing Technician 
Location: Portland, MI 
Pay Rate: $21.96/hour to start, with pay progressions up to $25.13/hour. + $1.00 shift premium for 2nd & 3rd shift
Shift: 2nd Shift: 2:30 PM-11:00 PM
3rd Shift: 10:30 PM-7:00 AM

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor manufacturing equipment.
• Perform assembly, machining, and related production operations.
• Complete quality checks using gauges and measuring equipment.
• Make minor tooling changes and machine adjustments.
• Maintain production documentation and a safe, organized work area.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous manufacturing, production, assembly, or machining experience preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints, process sheets, and work instructions.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.

Skills

• Mechanical aptitude and equipment operation.
• Basic computer skills.
• Strong attention to detail and quality focus.
• Communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
