Temporary Customer Service Representative
LHH Recruitment is seeking a dependable and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join a financial services company in Albuquerque! This is a temporary opportunity covering a leave of absence, with an expected duration of 2-3 months. This is Monday-Friday, fully onsite. This job is compensating up to $19/hr.
Pay Details: $17.00 to $19.00 per hour

The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced office environment.
Responsibilities- Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely, professional assistance.
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist with customer questions or concerns.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and internal team members.
- Accurately document customer interactions and update information in internal systems.
- Assist with administrative tasks and other duties as needed.
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous customer service experience required.
- Financial services industry preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to navigate multiple systems.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Professional, reliable, and able to work independently.
