A well-established law firm is seeking a skilled Litigation Associate Attorney to join its growing legal team. The ideal candidate will have 2-6 years of hands-on litigation experience and strong legal research, writing, and case management skills.

• Draft, review, and edit pleadings, motions, briefs, and written discovery.

• Prepare for and conduct depositions.

• Assist with trial preparation and litigation strategy.

• Manage various stages of business and real estate litigation matters.

• Collaborate with colleagues to develop effective case strategies and advocate for clients.

• Active membership in the California State Bar in good standing.

• 2-6 years of substantive litigation experience.

• Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills.

• Experience drafting pleadings, briefs, and discovery documents.

• Deposition experience and trial preparation skills preferred.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and case management abilities.
