Industrial Maintenance Technician with PLC (79655)

Position Summary

Qualified Staffing is seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician with PLC troubleshooting experience to maintain, diagnose, and repair manufacturing equipment. The ideal candidate will have strong electrical and mechanical skills and the ability to minimize downtime in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair industrial machinery and automated equipment.

• Diagnose PLC faults, sensors, motors, and electrical control systems.

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance.

• Read electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and PLC ladder logic.

• Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

• Identify equipment issues and implement effective solutions.

Qualifications

• Previous industrial maintenance experience.

• Hands-on PLC troubleshooting experience required.

• Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.

• Ability to read schematics and understand PLC ladder logic.

• Experience with Allen-Bradley, Siemens, or similar PLC systems preferred.

• Ability to work independently and resolve equipment issues.
