Job Description – Physician Assistant (PA) – Cardiology

Trenton, New Jersey | Full-Time | Permanent

We are looking for a dedicated Cardiology Physician Assistant (PA) to join a growing cardiovascular practice. The ideal candidate will work closely with cardiologists to evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients with a variety of heart conditions while delivering exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive cardiovascular evaluations and follow-up visits
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic cardiac conditions
• Order, review, and interpret diagnostic tests including ECGs, stress tests, and lab results
• Develop treatment plans in collaboration with supervising cardiologists
• Educate patients on disease management, medications, and preventive care
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure quality patient care

Qualifications:

• Master's degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program
• Active New Jersey PA license
• NCCPA certification
• Cardiology experience preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and excellent communication skills
• Minimum of 2 years of cardiology experience
