Customer Service Associate (Call Center) — Harrisburg, PA

Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM | In-Office (Work From Home options available after permanent conversion)

What You’ll Do

• Deliver exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat
• Receive inbound calls from customers.
• Answer questions, troubleshoot concerns, and ensure issues are resolved efficiently
• Make outbound follow-up calls when needed to assist customers or share updates
• Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM using Microsoft Office and other tools
• Collaborate with teammates to solve complex issues and improve service quality
• Process payments accurately when applicable

What We’re Looking For

• Prior call center and/or customer support experience strongly preferred
• Confident communicator with excellent phone presence and professionalism
• Strong computer skills, including Word, Excel, and accurate data entry
• Able to multitask, stay organized, and maintain attention to detail
• Positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others
