Electronics Assembly Technician

Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, with overtime opportunities on Saturdays and/or Sundays
Reports To: Customer Service Manager / Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Assemble, configure, and test computer servers, workstations, and hardware components according to production specifications.
• Install and secure components such as motherboards, CPUs, memory, storage drives, power supplies, and network cards.
• Perform troubleshooting, diagnostics, and RMA repairs to identify and resolve hardware issues.
• Conduct quality inspections and functional testing to ensure products meet performance and reliability standards.
• Follow ESD, safety, and cleanroom procedures while maintaining an organized workstation.

Education, Skills & Experience

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous experience in computer assembly, electronics manufacturing, server builds, or hardware repair preferred.
• Familiarity with computer hardware components, tools, and basic troubleshooting techniques.
• Ability to read and follow technical work instructions and documentation in English.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.

Physical Demands & Working Conditions

• Ability to stand for extended periods during the work shift.
• Frequent bending, reaching, and repetitive hand movements.
• Ability to lift, move, and handle materials up to 50 lbs.
• Work in a controlled manufacturing environment.
• Must follow Class 10K cleanroom procedures and protocols.
