Aerotek is seeking hardworking and reliable General Laborers for a growing concrete manufacturing facility. This is a hands-on opportunity for candidates with experience in construction, concrete, carpentry, manufacturing, or general labor who are looking for stable employment and long-term career growth.

Job Responsibilities:

• Set up molds and forms for concrete production
• Build and assemble rebar cages and reinforcement structures
• Pour, spread, and finish concrete products
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment
• Assist with crane and equipment operations
• Support daily production activities while maintaining a safe work environment
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals

Qualifications:

• Experience in construction, concrete, carpentry, manufacturing, or general labor preferred
• Ability to perform physically demanding work throughout the shift
• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Mechanical aptitude or trade-related experience is a plus
• Comfortable working in a production environment

Requirements:

Must be able to pass a Drug Screening (DG)

Immediate joiners preferred

Stable work history and good attendance encouraged

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Newman Lake, WA.

The pay range for this position is $23.19 - $25.05/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
